[QUOTE=Analytical]At the July 7, 2015 meeting of the Middletown city council, second reading legislation was approved granting Manchester Inn plus Snider Building 100% tax exemptions for 12 years.
Please note: both the June 16, 2015 and July 7, 2015 city council meeting workbooks contain some very "interesting" details about the Manchester Inn plus Snider Building tax abatement legal agreements. One matter specifies project completion deadlines and the other the potential recission of said tax abatements, etc. for non-compliance. [/QUOTNelson - if you are going to post, be more forthcoming in your posts. You know very well that the buildings are not tax exempt. They were granted exemptions based on being located in a CRA, and the exemptions are for improvements resulting in increased building value. The properties are not tax exempt 100%
