I found this on the Springboro Area Historical Society Facebook Page posted by Don Ross:

"This Thursday night (14th), the program of the SPRINGBORO AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY'S meeting will be ARMCO.The business giant was located in Middletown, but it impacted thousands of people in Butler and Warren Counties, and beyond. It built a hospital and banks, and a Boy Scout camp (Camp Hook). It financed a senior center. It played a major role in two World Wars, and developed an air field. It contributed materials and manpower to the construction of the first SPRINGBO football field. AND it employed tens of thousands of you, or your parents or grandparents or older ancestors. If you were part of the Armco "family," you're invited to the Old Stone Church at 300 South Main Street in Springboro at 7 pm on Thursday for the program. Sam Ashworth, the Middletown history expert, will present the program. There is no admission charge. The program will NOT be about making steel."
