This property is located in the forgotten 2nd Ward and therefore only gets demo funds.
As Middletown's infrastructure continues to decline we will see more of these types of problems because City Hall has been kicking all these important problem cans down the road for years. |

As
I recall with no pressure in the lines there is a good possibility to
contaminate the lines. Especially
if there was a pumper hooked up to the hydrant.
Was
a boil order issued?
