Local aviator, David Morgan, is building his retirement plane, an RV-12. Mr
Morgan has been working on the kit for a little over two years. He has
completed as much as he can at his home in Mt Pleasant retirement community
and has moved the completed portions to the hangar at Hook Fieldield.
