   A Russian submarine was spotted off the east coast of the U.S. in international waters this week. The Pantagon says "no worries",we do it all the time. A top Pentagon spokesman (I think it was the janitor) said the following, "What's interesting is, they haven't been able to do this in some time, and now they are. It indicates a return to their ability to do this," the senior defense official said. 

When anyone at the Pentagon makes an idiotic statement (in red) like this I worry.
