   One of the business owners from Sutphin Street spoke up at the July 6,2010 city council meeting. He is concerned that the delay in work and lack of concern from the city will cost him his business.

	Not only small business are effected, but the safety of those who live on those streets were fire and police protection has to reroute their calls. The city admin. should have been watching this a alot closer, so the deley is kept to a minimum. Projects like this sometime run into unforeseen issues .
