Where were you 40 years ago and what were you doing when they walked on the moon?

I was at my grandparents house, watching it on their really old b&w tv. Brings back some fine memories.

Just returning from the Atlantic City Pop Festival.
Back to work for a few weeks until heading up for the entire run of Woodstock(was there from early Friday morning until Jimi finished early Monday afternoon).
Missed the moon walk whole thing, but remember hearing about it.
My mind was elsewhere.
Did it really happen?

I definitely saw them also, Smokey.
Country Joe played solo on the first night(Friday), doing his famously recorded "Fish cheer".
The entire band played on Sunday, just after the legendary opening set of Joe Cocker and the Grease Band.
The major rainstorm came just as the Fish hit the stage. They took a LONG break, but returned to play an outstanding set.

I was hard at work at Kaiser Engineers, in their office at 24 N. Main St. (the old Montgomery Ward building.) Someone brought in a small, portable, B&W TV and we gathered around to watch on the tiny (about 10") screen.
