Wish them all the success in the world on getting this project completed. Hope they receive a lot of DONATED private sector money and the finishing touches from the state. The money tap should never come in the form of a tax on the general masses who, perhaps, are not interested in this form of entertainment or, as in the past, city taxpayer money used to support downtown interests. A small contingent of interested citizens from the area will appreciate this when it has been completed. They should be the principal donors. Don't know about the stated financial impact from Richard Stock concerning this project. The numbers, both financial and employee, given in the article seem a bit overblown.

I'm so proud of my hometown and what it has become. Recall 'em all. Let's start over.

I know it won't happen but I would like to see Sorg as more of a movie theater showing movies like the Esquire in Clifton or the Mariemont Theater. Maybe kids movies, cartoons etc on Saturdays like the old Colonial or Studio used to do. Not living in the past either, I would love to have a place to watch movies they don't show at the big chains and also a place to take the kids. If they could ever really get the brew pub idea off the ground a place like that could work. You could also do the artsy fartsy galas but you need something regular to pay overhead and keep the lights on. Just a pipe dream, in any event I hope they do something with the place. A lot of memories there, I saw a killer Elvis concert movie there as well as my first PG rated movie - Robert Redford in Jeremiah Johnson. Also saw Pink Floyds's The Wall there, that was pretty neat. Perfect setting for some of the themes on that album, so ya...thought ya...might like...to go to the show....to feel the warm feel thrill..
