COMMENTS LEGISLATION
1. Ordinance No. O2015-17, an ordinance amending Section 286.01 (Tax Incentive
Review Council – Establishment; Composition) of the Codified Ordinances, and
declaring an emergency.
2. Ordinance No. O2015-18, an ordinance authorizing the release of money held for
the Duke Energy–SW Ohio Development Fund Grant Program and declaring an
emergency.
3. Ordinance No. O2015-19, an ordinance creating the positions of Facilities
Maintenance Supervisor and HVAC/Building Maintenance Technician in the
classified service of the City of Middletown
and establishing a pay range for said positions, and declaring an emergency.
4. Ordinance No. O2015-20, an ordinance authorizing an agreement with NTE Ohio,
LLC, and declaring an emergency.
5. Ordinance No. O2015-21, an ordinance approving an agreement with NTE Ohio,
LLC providing for the construction of a power generation facility as a
development project and tax exemption pursuant to the State Urban Jobs and
Enterprise Zone Program, and making determination in connection therewith, and
declaring an emergency.
6. Resolution No. R2015-07, a resolution amending Resolution No. R2015-06
confirming a determination of the City Planning Commission approving a Planned
Use Modification Development Plan for the construction of a 216 unit apartment
complex on 22.44 acres on South Towne Boulevard (Parcel No. 07-02-176-0511) in
a CPP (Commercial Professional Office) District and declaring an emergency.
7. Resolution No. R2015-08, a resolution declaring the intent of the City of Middletown to appropriate
a temporary easement in certain real property owned by Arthur C. Baker located
