It would
appear to be “Goliaths” versus “Davids” in the upcoming municipal elections, if
the newspaper article is to be believed.

and Ms. Mort, and to lesser extent Mr. Picard, seem convinced that huge amounts of cash must be raised from
outside donors, and spent, to win seats on City Council that pay a modest
stipend. Why??? And if they do raise these big dollars, might
they not be beholden to the donors??? I
