Heroin epidemic battle being fought on many fronts locally

http://www.journal-news.com/news/news/local/heroin-epidemic-battle-being-fought-on-many-fronts/nkgFH/

Excerpt:
Middletown has held several summits this year, after dealing with heroin cost the city $1.5 million in 2014. City Manager Doug Adkins said in 2014 the city spent $1.3 million for the police department, including patrols, special operations by the narcotics unit and jail corrections; $167,000 by the fire department; and more than $18,000 for indigent burials of drug overdose deaths. Adkins could not be reached for comment as to why the city felt it needed to wage its own battle.
Every morning is the dawn of a new error...

What Adkins needs to do to help the heroin problem is to invite more out of town low income, Section 8, ghetto driven people and the crime and drug usage they bring with them to town and embrace the world he helped create here.

It is comical that he and others have helped create this problem and now wants to show us he's concerned about the effects it has had on the city and wants to eliminate it. Gee Adkins, did you think your ghetto creation plan would actually help this town? Guess we couldn't target decent people to town now could we.
I'm so proud of my hometown and what it has become. Recall 'em all. Let's start over.
