RECREATION MANAGER

CITY OF MIDDLETOWN

RECREATION MANAGER City of Middletown Community Center The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Recreation Manager at the City's community center. Position will assist in coordinating, implementing, & supervising all activities & programming. Requirements: College degree with course work in recreation services; recreation education; or physical education. Salary: $31,245 to $41,188 with excellent benefits package. Please send resume and work-related references by Friday, March 9, 2012 to City of Middletown, Personnel Division, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio 45042. EOE/Drug-free Workplace. MANAGEMENT 

Is this to replace Cecelia Thompson or in addition to her position? She's been there a long time. Retiring perhaps? Nice starting salary for someone with some phys ed.

	I don't even think we should have the community center, let alone a city employee for "programming". Of all the cities who are NOT in a financial position to have this luxury, Middletown would be #1.
