7. Ordinance No O2010-71, an ordinance establishing a procedure for an authorizing a contract with Software Solutions, Inc. for accounting, payroll and personnel software. (1st Reading) 
At the last Housing Meeting Mr. Adkins stated that CONSOC had not fulfilled  their contract and made reference to the “Crystal Reports”.
Hmmm..…How could CONSOC comply when Mr. Adkins is just now purchasing this software?
