   We
are sending out well over 1,000 letters to property owners – both
residential and businesses – asking for their help in maintaining their
property.   In some cases, the city may have some funds to assist
owners.  Staff is also working with local businesses that provide
supplies for home repair for reduced costs on paint and other
maintenance items for city residents and businesses.  This program will
be rolled out over the next month.
