Monroe's annual Christmas on the Plaza will be held on Saturday December 13th from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m. Parking is available in the Monroe City Park and the Old Monroe High School. There will be food and craft booths set up along with free pictures with Santa Claus. Here is more information about Monroe Christmas on the Plaza
