BOE Repeals Instructional Fees Due to Free Lunch

   All Middletown City School students are now eligible for free lunch. 
Since Ohio does not allow schools to charge fees to students who are on 
free lunch, Middletown City School students will not be charging any 
instructional fees for this school year.
