	With Fig Leaf open and Liberty Spirits opening soon (hopefully) Middletown will be a nice little destination to imbibe!

	Agreed. I've driven past the Liberty Spirits recently and much progress has been made. It looks like Mr. Robinette might be able to pull off having the doors open by the end of the year. Hoping the product and service will keep it going long term!

	Are they going to be making whiskey? If so where are they going to age it? I don't know much about whiskey but I do know it needs a few years in a barrel at a cooler temperature. Does their property have a basement?

	No basement but I had a chance to see it a while back when our shop was across the street. He said one side would be for the still and storage and the other for tasting.

	Dang this town is putting up drinking establishments like it's the end of prohibition. I guess with new state laws that make it easier to start this sort of business more people are seeing the light. Sometimes government does the right thing.
