Article in the Journal about Chief Lolli being suspended without pay for five days by the city.
Three paragraphs into the story, the information tells us he is on paid administrative leave.
Which is it?
The man had two beers according to the story yet couldn't pass a field sobriety test. Two beers doesn't seem to be excessive but I guess it depends on the individual as to tolerance.
Too bad. Probably a nice guy too.
