(c) Confirm the Appointment of Misty Nicely to the position of Income Tax Superintendent, Department of Finance, Division of Taxation

COUNCIL COMMENTS

LEGISLATION

1. Resolution No. R2016-59, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2017. (General Fund) (Second Reading)

2. Resolution No. R2017-01, a resolution requesting the Butler County Auditor and Warren County Auditor to certify to the City of Middletown, Ohio, the total current tax valuation of the city and the dollar amount of revenue that would be generated by a one mill levy upon real property within the corporate limits of the city for the purposes set forth in Ohio Revised Code Sections 5705.19(Y) and declaring an emergency.
