The partners in Murphy Landing restuarant have split up.
Shortly after closing the Canal House bar, the owners of Murphy Landing restaurant have called it quits.

Seems like things are falling apart at Central and Broad.

Are you sure?  I heard that the management group hired to run the restaurant walked out.  

But I did not hear the partners called it quits (Moormans/Fairchilds).

No idea who partners are just heard at another local restaurant they split up.

Management group that was overseeing operations also controls Spinning Fork.  

I do not believe they were partners in the business.
