Does your son or daughter attend a school that has and uses seclusion rooms? A seclusion room is an enclosed space, often padded with no windows, that is used to restrain or calm a violent child. Some local schools are in favor of using seclusion rooms to help manage student behavior.

What a crock of political correct BS.
If the kid's need some counseling that's fine.
If one needs an attitude adjustment, nothing gets there attention like a session of corporal punishment.

Now wait a minute Wots.....not allowed to use corporal punishment anymore. Could cause the kid some irreparable damage to their little mind, although it was used for decades without doing that much damage. Too cruel nowadays and not kinder/gentler like they think it should be.......incredible.

So how's that kinder/gentler/timeout/ "ease the kid into proper behavior" working out for all you school people anyway? Seems we have more behavioral issues today than in previous times, right? Maybe being kind doesn't get the proper results......it just gets you no respect and laughed at by the kids. Hardly intimidating. Let's face it, today's discipline programs are a joke at producing behavior adjustments. It'll be alright though. Just keep using the same failed methods of discipline. Don't change a thing and most certainly don't return to what worked at one time.
