of our profits back into the business,” he said. The current company was formed from several
companies in 2004 and had $27 million in revenue then, he said. Brown said the
company expects to earn $125 million in revenue for 2014. |

You can get some details of the tax abatement program by going to the Ohio Enterprise Zone Program website.
Looking at the map from one of the links on that page and searching for Butler county it appears that much of the south and west sides of Middletown falls into that zone. |

I am guessing this is being done to protect the sensitive nature of the deal. Valicor currently is located by Akers Packaging and in the Greentree Industrial Park. Expansion at current sites wouldn't be possible. With the Energy Center being constructed along Oxford State Rd, that parcel of land can be ruled at out as well. Enough land in MADE, plus it puts them in close proximity to their customer bases. |
