(d) Authorizing a contract with John R. Jurgenson as the lowest and best bid in an amount not to exceed $1,400,000.00 for the 2013 Local Street Improvements Projects. I realize that Yankee Rd. needs to be improved but we all know there are a lot of others that need it to.IMO what AK wants or needs are "SPINELESS ONES" will bend over backwards to get it done.Also as usual are "SPINELESS ONES" give tax breaks and any other kind of breaks that in the long run "WE" the "TAXPAYERS" pay for it dearly.
