Let's hope PETA does not read this weeks police report
By Rick McCrabb A 16-year-old Middletown High School student, who said she took more than 50 pills, was transported from school to Atrium Medical Center for further treatment. Her parents were notified. Officers found an injured deer at the intersection of Cincinnati-Dayton Road and Emerald Way and he was euthanized with one shot. It was given to the man who found the deer. Officers found an injured doe at Precision Strip, 4400 Oxford State Road, and the deer was euthanized, then given to the motorist who called police. An Apple maxpro laptop computer and cover and power cord, valued at $1,400, and an electronic Dewalt drill, valued at $150, were stolen from a Ford F350 truck that was parked in the 4100 block of Manchester Road. Electrical wiring and copper plumbing were stolen from a vacant house in the 1500 block of Brown Avenue. There was no forcible entry. Officers found an injured opossum in the 1600 block of Lamberton Street and the animal was shot once with a .45 caliber Glock 21 duty weapon. Several items were stolen out of a residence in the 2500 block of Aspen. The items: white gold ring with crushed diamonds around the outside, valued at $270, a ring with diamonds on the top, valued at $200, and a silver band. A Garmin, valued at $180, was stolen from the Butler County RTA, according to the bus driver. He said he dropped off two passengers in Middletown, and that’s when he noticed the item was gone. A Delco Sears battery, valued at $115, was stolen from a garage in the 2200 block of Queen Avenue. |
