(1st Reading) Just what improvements were made with City Money? I thought all the Projects were funded with money NOT from the City.

	No wonder they always need levies for police & fire since apparently negotiations with the FOP is declared an emergency. Does no one know how to negotiate with a union ? Dealing with the union is definitly something that should not be emergency legislation. Randy - So what are you saying ? There is to many declared emergency or not enough or what ?

	I don't understand why we need to widen Towne Blvd. Last time I checked we really do not have a mall out there. I would hope they do not use the same contractors that did 122 - I know it is not finished. But you can not tell where some lanes go to. Not to mention how rough the road is.
