	I just want to say we are still having open house even with snow. Also this will be your very last chance to purchase this house at this price. We are interviewing realtors this weekend aronud the open house and it will be in a realtor's hands next week. This means we will be adding the realtor fees to price, so this weekend is your last chance to save some serious money on a beautiful house.
