Meeting At Highview School

   Looks like we're gonna have a combined school board, council, Miami U- Midd. meeting at 6:30PM at the Highview Elementary school on Tuesday the 8th. Along with the standard council and school board meetings, we will be entertained with a 2-3 minute presentation followed by a 5 minute discussion among members on 11 pre-determined topics. Article doesn't say that the public will be allowed to comment, but, apparently you're more than welcome to attend and keep your mouth shut during the meeting.  If this is a public meeting, why can't the public be more than a spectator at these types of COMMUNITY FUNCTIONS???? How about it, Mr. Marconi- Mr. Mulligan. You read these blogs. Can you make it happen for us mere mortals to be given an opportunity to offer our opinions on each topic discussed? How about it school board member Tyus-can we speak? OR- are we "outside looking in" again?
