Also at tonight's council meeting Ms Gilleland will be appointed executive director of MPHA. This will authorize the executive expenditure of Section 8 funds for various city employees and also Ms. Gilleland.

KEEP YOU EYE ON THIS BALL
I believe that the next move that Ms Gilleland will make is to bring the Section 8 program in-house. Then she can hire even more employees at administer this program.

	I may stand corrected according to the HUD rules. Council has the right and required by law to name an executive in charge,so no foul there I guess. No wonder they have gotten by with stuff all these years,it's to hard to keep track of the crap they are pulling.
