Your knowledge and understanding about everthing is really overwhelming. It is evident this experience & knowledge was gained through your day job. The city is very fortunate. Unfortunately, you have a significant area of improvement to become more effective. You must become open minded and not defensive on every subject that does not support your agenda. Also, please try to be on time for the meetings, it is not right the membership waits on your arrival. We need your input from the begining of the meeting, it is worrysome that you miss any part of the meeting where your opinion can be heard. Thank you Anita Scott Jones, your involvment have given a new perspective to these meetings. You are the queen of the meeting. | | 7/5/2009 7:02:32 PM | Bob | | Bill given that these people all have other jobs and are not paid a full time salary by the City to be on Council, it is hard to demand that they always be on time when working for someone else. If they were all self-employed it would be a different story but some are not, so the fact that they arrive late a few times is understandable and should not be criticized. |
