more loans that should not be approved.
One particular broker gave my
ex-husband loans based on literally
over a hundred acts of fraud over
the past three years. I never filled out an application. I only
signed closing papers. My ex used
up over 200,000.00 dollars of equity in our home. He made everyone think he was a successful
real estate investor, including myself until the last year we were
together after sixteen years of marriage. He told me we were going
to have to file bankrupcy, just months after the broker on Breil Boulevard approved four loans.
Over eight properties have gone
into foreclosure, and the last two
are almost in foreclosure. I became aware of all the fraud on the applications when I requested them to search for hidden assets my ex may had listed. I was absolutely floored at the lies. Can
you believe that this broker is actually working with my ex again?
