Willow Knoll Ownership Changes Hands, To Be Renamed

Willow Knoll Retirement Community has been bought out by Liberty Health Care Corp., for the sum of $8 million. It will be renamed Liberty Retirement Community of Middletown. The Willow Knoll acquisition brings Liberty Health Care's long-term care holdings to 13 Ohio facilities.
