Dog Days of Summer Fundraiser

The Middletown Area Senior Center is having a fund raising event August 10th from 6p-9p. Come join for the "Dog Days of Summer" greyhound races. An evening filled with food, fun, door prizes and excitement. Greyhound racing viewed on a 7'x8' AV Screen and also on 2 6'x6' screens, with all the excitement of real-time racing! Place your bets and win some cash!

The Ohio Association of Garden Clubs (OAGC) announces an amateur flower show, “A Summer Garden’s Bounty”. Artistic exhibits and classes for horticulture will be judged at Noon by an accredited OAGC flower show judge. The public is invited to attend at 12:00 Noon for lunch and to hear speaker Virginia Russell discuss “Green Roofs and Sustainable Gardens". The flower show will be open for viewing from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
