The Netherlands got off to a clean sweep with the traditional street cleaning tradition involving ever resident in town. buckets of water are carried by women and men while others broom the pavement clean.

Middfest is being hosted in Donham Plaza next to Middletown's famous Manchester Inn and our city building. The hours of operation this year will be:
Friday: 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Entry fee is $5 for adults, kids 12 and under are free.
There will be Dutch art exhibits, carnival games, activities such as wooden clog making, Dutch souvenir booths, and the food court with vendors with authentic cuisine from all over the world.
