Judith A. Gilleland is Middletown’s first female City Manager in the history of the city.
Prior Middletown, she served as City Manager of Pickerington, Ohio, Asst. City Manager of Centerville.
Judith has 25 years experience including city administrative duties in Lebanon, Tipp City and Hamilton, Ohio.
Undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Miami University
Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University.
Credentialed as a City Manager through the International City Management Association.
Memberships include:

Mediator:
Ohio Commission on Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management.
The native of Englewood, Ohio and graduate of Northmont High School.
Active in other community volunteer organizations.
