In this month's installment of council comments, hear what council thinks about the schools, the income tax levy and the efforts to liven up the downtown area. Below is a brief summary of what you will find in this video.

Councilman Lawrence Mulligan discusses Middletown Bussing, congratulates Jim Wendle on a job well done regarding the Broad Street Bash on Govenors Square and mentions the budget process for the city including the city Tax Levy.
