The renovations and cleaning of the Riverside Mobile Home Park are moving along a brisk pace. Below are some before and after photos documenting the improvements. This past week there were crews on site to remove the debris from the community. The crews were also able to dispose of approximately 500 tires that were littered throughout the property. Thanks to the Community Revitalization Dept. for their assistance in disposing of tires and the use of dumpsters. The vandalized/missing stop signs across the property have been replaced and the community is looking into creating a neighborhood watch on the property. They are working closely with us to address any previous code violations (debris and trees).
The mobile home park is hoping to finalize a plan to address the vacant homes in the new few weeks and will keep us informed of the status.
