XENIA -- The former Middletown police lieutenant who caused a 90-minute standoff with police in February was sentenced to two years of probation in Xenia Municipal Court Tuesday after reaching agreement with prosecutors.
Steven G. Ezerski, 38, pleaded guilty to one count each of inducing panic and criminal damaging, while prosecutors dropped felony charges of burglary, obstruction and inducing panic.
