Ruth Cassidy, president of Middletown Area Federation Women Clubs announced at the September President & Delegates Dinner that the membership and the community should Save the Date for the first Pre-Charity Ball Fund Raiser that is scheduled on October 10, 2009.
The “One Moment in Time” event will be an Open House to be held at the homes of Dan & Frances Sack on 20 Sycamore Terrace and Jim & Melinda Armbruster on 4824 Longford Drive. Cocktails and Appetizers are scheduled at Sack’s home from 5-8 pm and Dessert Bar and Coffee at Armbruster’s home from 7-10 pm.
Reservations for the Open House that is Open to the Public can be purchased by October 8th for $20 per person by calling Mary Ellen Thomas 513-423-7638 or Virginia Jenkins 513-423-7796. Make checks payable to 88th Annual Charity Ball and remit to: C/O Mary Ellen Thomas, 134 Kensington Street, Middletown, OH 45044. Your check serves as your reservation.
