Middletown High School Student Patrick Seick, won the national forensics qualifier competition, in Original Oratory, this past weekend.
He will compete in the national competition in Birmingham, Alabama on June 14 – 19. In addition to that, Alex Landen and Jeremy Hill, in Duo Interpretation, and Tamika Tompoulidis in Original Oratory, received first alternation in the same national qualifier competition.
On March 6 & 7, seven members of the Middletown High School Forensics Team will compete in the state competition. They are: Jazmin Haney in United States Extemporaneous Speaking; Dylan Foley in International Extemporaneous Speaking; Tamika Tompoulidis and Patrick Seick in Original Oratory; Alex Landen & Jeremy Hill in Duo Interpretation; and Amy Worrell in Prose/Poetry.
