The Middletown Historic Society will be celebrating its 50th birthday by hosting it's Fab 50 Birthday Extravaganza on Saturday, April 9th, 2016. The event will be a the Middletown Historic Society's annual fundraising and awards dinner and will take place at The Shartle House in Middletown. 

If you would like to become a sponsor of the Middletown Historical Society, there are three different options: Diamond Level ($2,500), Platinum Level ($1,500), and Gold Level ($1,000).

Individual tickets for the event are $45 and can be purchased online at https://squareup.com/store/middletown-historical-so

Diamond Level sponsors will receive two tables at the event (16 seats), primary sponsorship mention in all press releases and promotional items, full-page ad in event brochure (placement choice, including front inside cover, back cover, or inside back cover), prime placement on Facebook event page and mention on Facebook page, prime placement on MHS website with link to your website and mention on event page, and recognition by emcee at event. 

Platinum Level sponsors will recieve one table (8 seats), full-page ad in event brochure, listing on Facebook page as Platinum Level Sponsor, placement on MHS website main page and event page, and recognition by emcee at event. 

Gold Level sponsors will receive one table (8 seats), half-page ad in event brochure, listing on Facebook page as Gold Level  Sponsor, placement on MHS event page on website, and recognition by emcee at event.

If you would like to advertise in the program for the event, a full-page ad runs $200, a half-page ad runs $125, a quarter-page ad runs $75, and business card ads run $50.
