The Chamber’s Economic Development Team is pleased to announce The City of Middletown in cooperation with Al. Neyer Inc, Woolpert and Property Advisors will be conducting a Conceptual Planning Workshop on Thursday, November 16th to review and solicit feedback on the East End Conceptual Master Plan options. This workshop is part of the master planning process begun earlier this year to capitalize on the development of the approximately 500 acres East of the interstate including the new Premier Health Campus – Middletown at I-75 and SR 122.

What: Conceptual Planning Workshop
The meeting will include a review of planning efforts to date and discuss three conceptual Master Plan alternatives.
Who should attend: Commercial property owners, local developers, contractors, capital equipment suppliers, bankers, real estate brokers and agents, community leaders, educators, attorneys, building materials suppliers, the media, concrete suppliers, CVB’s, commercial landscapers, distributors, and printers.
