For the purchase of Ferric Sulfate from Kemira Water Solutions, Inc. for use at the
Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $.10/lb.
For the purchase of Sodium Hypochlorite for Chemical Services in the amount of $.65 per gallon for use at the Water Treatment Plant and $.63 per gallon for use at the
Wastewater Treatment Plant.
For the purchase of Liquid Phosphate from Bond Chemicals, Inc. in the amount of
$6.41/gallon for use at the Water Treatment Plant.
d. To authorize the sale of city owned property as follows:
Property at 802 Fifteenth Avenue to Graceano Saucedo, Sr. for the amount of $650.00
Property at 1222 Young Street to Missionary Baptist Church for the amount of $650.00
Property at 2106 Pearl Street to Gary Lee Hall for the amount of $500.00
Property at 2007 Pearl Street to Joseph Brown for the amount of $500.00
Property at 2011 Linden Avenue to Gail Catherine Long for the amount of $500.00

6. MOTION AGENDA
(a) To authorize the purchase Calcium Quicklime for the Wastewater Treatment Plant from Carmeuse Lime & Stone, Inc. in the amount of $141.22/ ton for truck delivery.
(b) To authorize a contract with Biotech Agronomics in the amount of $22.00/dry ton of lime
sludge removal.

1. Resolution No. R2009-35, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses
and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2009. (Sewer Fund)(2nd Reading)
2. Resolution No. R2009-36, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2009. (Income Tax Fund) (2nd Reading)
3. Resolution No. R2009-37, a resolution to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2010. (Annual Budget 2010) (2nd Reading)
4. Resolution No. R2009-38, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the city of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2009, and to declare an emergency (General Fund and HOME Fund).
5. Ordinance No. O2009-91, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with E.H. Wachs Company for the purchase of a Curb Box Vacuum Unit and declaring an emergency.
6. Ordinance No. O2009-92, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of a $2,056,916 Industrial Development Revenue Note for the purpose of acquiring certain property known as the Bender Tract, providing the security for such note. (1st Reading)

9. Ordinance No. O2009-93, an ordinance amending Chapter 1416 (licensing of installers); Chapter 1422 (licensing of electricians); Chapter 1428 (licensing of plumbers); and Chapter 1430 (licensing of underground utilities contractors). (1st Reading)
