MAC End of the Year Donations
Monday, December 19, 2011 2:04:31 PM - Middletown Ohio

Be Part of the Art

Everyone has their Santa list and the MAC is no different.

If you'd like to make an end-of-the year donation and be "part of the art", there's still time!

Our Santa list is a little different than most. Why not consider a gift that not only helps the MAC but also our friends, neighbors and others in our community? Your gifts are always tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

Here are a few suggestions from our list:

A Memorial or gift in honor of a loved one or friend. When we receive your gift ($50 and up), we'll send out a special acknowledgment letter to the honoree or the family of the memoriam letting them know of your generosity and thoughtfulness. You will also receive a special "thank you" from us!

Youth Art Scholarships and Programs to help defray the cost of art classes for youngsters in our community who otherwise could not afford to attend. What better way to celebrate the spirit of the season than with a scholarship or youth program gift?   Our youth scholarships begin at $50 and go up.

In addition we are happy to let the recipients know you helped them be "part of the art" at the MAC.

A Patron Sponsorship of one of our exceptional annual exhibits: The Student Show, The Area Art Show, or any other specific exhibit of your choice. For your gift you will be recognized in promotional materials for the show, on our website, the night of the opening reception, and in a special listing in our Annual Report of Donors! These sponsorships start at $1,000 a year. And we accept installment payments!

A major gift designated to go toward a $15,000 matching gift challenge grant received from the Middletown Community Foundation. The funds will be used to continue the much needed renovation of the MAC kitchen, library, offices and a gift shop. Your gift of $1,000 or more would make you a most generous Santa and would help MAC receive that extra $15,000.   And we can accept your gift in installments!

Remember, any and all gifts are greatly appreciated and go either directly or indirectly to improving the quality of life in our community.

Thank you for your generous support. We asked Santa to be especially good to you this year!!

Best wishes for a Happy New Year!

- The Middletown Arts Center Board of Governors, Faculty, Staff, Students and Patt Belisle, Executive Director

P.S. For tax purposes, end-of-the-year donations must be postmarked by December 31, 2011.
