On Sunday March 21, 2010 City Council member James Armbruster passed away at the Atrium Medical Center. Mr. Armbruster under went open heart surgery a week ago and according to family was recovering.
No word on when the services will be or if they will be open to the public. Mr. Armbruster was in his second term as the 1st ward’s councilman. He and the Armbruster family have owned a business in Middletown for over 60 years.
