Home for the Holidays Parade 2008

The 2008 Home for the Holidays Parade committee  in conjunction with Light Up Middletown is seeking participants for the parade. We will all have had our Thanksgiving dinners and made that mad dash for the early holiday shopping so there will be time to partake in this great event. The Parade will be held November 28th at 5:00 P.M.  The parade route will start at the Middletown Library on Broad Street and continue to left on Central Ave ending at Main Street.   We need floats, dancers singers, musical acts of any kind, people to wear costumes and walk in the parade, antique cars, dignitaries from the surrounding areas, Santa Paws dog walkers, horse and carriages, or anything holiday related. This will be the official  arrival of Santa to Middletown. Children of all ages can proceed to Light Up Middletown to get up close and personal with Ole St. Nick himself. He will be ready to receive visitors in his Santa house and hear all those special wishes at 6:00 P.M..  This will be the 10th Anniversary opening of Light Up Middletown. Razor Edge will perform a Holiday concert outside of Santa's house. Please contact us if you are willing or able to be part of this FUN event.
