John Beagle: How did you get Ollie North to come to your church?
Pastor Green: It was through the contact of one of my staff members, from a mutual friend's brother (who works for the agency that schedules Col. North) that we were contacted about the possibility of hosting Col. Oliver North this Sunday night, May 4th, at 6:PM. We believe God wanted us to take this opportunity for our church and community.
John Beagle: What wll Oliver North speak about?
Pastor Green: We are really looking forward to Col. North coming and sharing his personal testimony and relationship with Jesus Christ, and also hearing of his experiences with our troops over in Iraq and surrounding areas.
John Beagle: I understand Oliver North and the Republican Party chose your church as part of his book tour.
Pastor Green: Col. North is on a book tour and will have his newest book, "AMERICAN HEROES", available before and after our Evening Service. The public is cordially invited to attend.
John Beagle: What was the main purpose for offering Grace Baptist facilities for Oliver North to speak?
Pastor Green: Our main purpose is to share Christ's plan of salvation with the community and to show them that we support our men and women who are protecting us and our freedoms back here at home.
