Chamber WIN luncheon release
Thursday, April 10, 2003 12:34:32 PM - Middletown Ohio

Mid-Miami Valley Chamber of Commerce members and guests gathered at the Manchester Inn for their monthly networking meeting on April 10, 2003.

Speaker was Sue Cutting, expert in organizational skills and author of the book “Chaos Under Control.” She shared five secrets of getting chaos under control: changing attitudes and taking control of the chaos, taking control of time, dejunking, managing the paper in one’s life and “just do it.”

Each month the Women in Networking luncheon presents an opportunity to meet new business contacts and hear a speaker of particular interest to women.

The next regularly scheduled WIN meeting will be May 8, from 11:30 am to 1 pm at the Manchester Inn. Featured speaker will be Betty S Turner, author and WWI WASP. Ms. Turner will speak on the topic “Out of the blue and into history.”

The current series of WIN luncheons are sponsored by the Pratt & Singer Co., LPA law firm.

WIN luncheons are open to Chamber members at $13.50 per person and non-members at $25 per person which includes a salad buffet lunch. Call 422-4551 or visit the Chamber website at www.mmvchamber.org for reservations. Those who attend are urged to bring canned goods to be donated to the Feed the Hungry project and gently used business clothing for the Room For Change project.
