| Chamber announces new Board Leadership |

The Chamber of Commerce serving Middletown, Monroe and Trenton has elected new leaders and four members of the Board of Directors.
When the Chamber begins year 2004 in service to its member businesses, Charles Barton, First Financial Bank First Vice President, will serve as Chairman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors. Mr. Barton, a long-time chamber member, said, “The Chamber reorganized itself in 2003 and is now looking toward 2004 with renewed expectations for the local business climate. We are refocused on our prime objectives of economic development, public affairs, education and member services.”
Mike Dickerson, President of Dickerson Distributing Company of Monroe is Chair-elect.
Newly elected Chamber Board Directors are: Greg Martin, President of Greg Martin Excavating, Inc, and Mike Dickerson, both reelected for second three-year terms. Edwina Blackwell Clark, Publisher of the Middletown Journal, and Tim Abbott, Northern Area Manager of Cinergy, were elected to their first three year terms.
The newly elected officers and directors will assume their duties in January 2004.
