MONROE - Orange barrels could come as soon as April to Ohio 63 near the popular Trader's World flea market.
Traffic will flow more freely once three related road projects costing about $34 million are completed, officials say. The projects also will increase the fast-growing area's ability to handle more commercial development, including a possible Indian casino.
